Ryan Leff, Principal | Co-Founder
Ryan has over 15 years of real estate experience, specializing in property management, construction management, and financial underwriting for acquisitions. He started his career working for a Sacramento based real estate development firm that was the largest landlord of multi-family units in Sacramento at the time. Ryan assisted in market research, due diligence, and underwriting for the firm’s multi-family portfolio.
Later, Ryan became a district manager for one of the largest third party multi-family property management companies in the country, overseeing the financial performance and operations of each property within his portfolio. He later teamed up with his brother Corey to purchase and manage performing loans and value-add multi-family properties, overseeing financial underwriting, construction oversight, and property operations.
Ryan holds a Master of Real Estate Development from USC, a B.A. in Communication from the University of California San Diego and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
Corey Leff, Principal | Co-Founder
With a real estate career spanning over 20 years, Corey Leff has overseen the development, financing and construction of over $1 billion in real estate. Corey built his career with several of California’s most highly regarded investment and development companies, honing his expertise in market rate and affordable housing development. Corey’s emphasis on ground-up construction earned him valuable insights into navigating the complicated financing structures required to bring these developments to fruition.
Prior to forming Rycor Capital, Corey was President of Chandler Partners, a privately held real estate development company based in Burbank, CA. With over a decade of service at Chandler Partners, Corey lead the companies vertically integrated practice of developing, building, and managing properties the firm acquired.
Corey holds a Master of Real Estate Development from USC, a B.S in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
